Redesigned and updated a client’s website to reflect newly established branding guidelines, ensuring consistency in visuals, tone, and content.
This included proofreading site copy, adjusting pricing structures, and implementing responsive design principles for an optimal experience across mobile and tablet devices. The refresh improved usability and provided a more cohesive, professional user experience.

Next Time:
This project gave me my first real insight into what it takes to be both a UX designer and a social media content creator. Since then, I’ve continued to grow and refine my design skills. Today, I would approach the project by using tools like Figma to build high-fidelity mockups for a complete website redesign. I would also develop customer personas to guide content strategy and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
Through experience, I’ve also learned the importance of brand consistency and would implement a full brand sticker sheet to ensure cohesive design elements throughout.
Regular check-ins with the client played a key role in aligning the design with their vision. I also gathered and incorporated client feedback, helping me iterate effectively and adapt to what worked best for the audience.
